I was impressed by his skill set and how quickly he accomplished opening my condo door, he even tried to rekey my door but unfortunately the previous owners had not installed the lock correctly, so he couldn’t do it. Funny story. I went for a swim and key went swimming with me. Keys decided to stay swimming 🙂 So I needed house keys, car keys, barn keys, and few more (I was like a janitor without keys). This professional man worked so much with me and answered allllllll of my questions and even did not charge for all the work as few other locksmiths that I called around for a quote. I'm so happy with quality of work and price level that already called for more work to be scheduled in 40 days.

"We had a flood in our basement and arranged for trades to come into the home through the basement door to do the restoration. Unfortunately we were unable to locate the key to the deadbolt on the basement door. As this was time-sensitive we called Alex at A-LocksmithBC who immediately came out to our home on Sunday and was able to inspect the existing deadbolt and establish the lock was intact and diligently make keys for us to give to the trades. He could have tried to sell us a new deadbolt as we would have never known if the existing one was broken or not, but he was honest and only cut keys for us.
While he was here he also noticed our front door was faulty and fixed that for us at no extra charge. His professionalism and extensive knowledge as well as his grasp of the urgency of our situation was greatly appreciated and we strongly recommend his services.

I accidentally dropped my keys to the bottom of a lake while I was kayaking. It was Sunday July 19th 2020 around 16:00 when I came back and tried to find a locksmith to open my apartment.
I called another locksmith, he showed up in 1.5 hours, and started playing with the lock. He kept changing tools and said that the lock cannot be picked and he should drill it. He gave me very high quote for the job and replacing the lock too. I paid $90 service call to the other locksmith and asked him to leave. (I contacted this company and got a full refund later) At this point it was already around 18:00 and it was becoming late.
I found Alex phone number from LocksmithBC online and called him. I explained the situation to him and asked if he could open the lock. He said that if it is not a special security lock, he should be able to open it. He showed up very quickly and when he saw the lock he said this is a normal lock and he can open it. He opened the lock under 10 seconds. He has the tools and cut two new keys for me right there so I did not need to worry about spare keys anymore. He is a real professional and I recommend him since his service is on-time, high quality and very honest. Finally, if you are living in my area you have Alex to call for your locksmith business but if you are anywhere else always ask to see locksmith's license to make sure they are credible.
